Christopher Thornton Dees
Chris is a highly accomplished Credit & Collections expert (England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland) with 22 years extensive experience in Consumer and Commercial Debt Sale, Collections, Dispute Resolution, Debt & Asset Recoveries and Insolvency.
Chris is an extremely passionate, conscientious and driven individual with a thirst to excel in all his endeavours.
Chris has great business instincts and holds a powerful combination of proven recoveries expertise, solid communication and negotiation skills. He also has hands-on experience in acting on behalf of clients in the commercial sector including finance, leasing and credit card companies, motor finance houses, utility c companies and various major banks. He is competent in most aspects of Debt Sale and Consultancy Services, particularly in relation to consumer credit agreements, secured and unsecured debt. Chris also has extensive knowledge of asset recovery matters and enforcement including personal and corporate Insolvency.
Some of his key strengths include excellent strategic case management, interpersonal and business skills with the experience to remain highly focused and self-possessed in a fast paced and demanding environment. He also has proven ability to perform extensive research, manage high profile projects, create new collections functionality, process mapping, benchmark current processes, audit and generate new business; all this whilst promoting the success of your Company.

Katie Thornton Dees

Katie is a Director at Ipsum Credit Advisory responsible for all administrative, financial and operational matters.
Following her achievement of a 2:1 degree in Business Management, Katie began her career as an Events Manager where her main role within logistics involved the detailed organisation of and implementation of corporate events for the likes of ‘Orange’, ‘Fiat’ and the ‘NHS’ to name but a few.
Following many successful years within this industry, Katie followed her passion to run her own business and opened a Bridal Boutique. Over a course of 11 years, her drive and resilience enabled her to see her business grow from start up to an established business, highly recommended in its surrounding area.
The desire to take on new challenges led Katie to accept the position within Ipsum Credit Advisory in 2017. Her background of working alongside hugely successful organisations and her own success in building and running a retail outlet has nurtured a confident and motivated individual. Katie is determined to use her academic and business experiences to add value to her role within Ipsum
Credit Advisory.
Outside of work Katie enjoys keeping fit and spending time with her family.
